1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.

We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 2-3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future appointment bookings.

2. Appointment Confirmation

Most appointments at 1995 Unisex Salon do not require any advance payment and can be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting the salon.

However, for certain premium services, bridal packages, or special events, we may request confirmation of your appointment in advance. Any such requirement will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be informed as soon as possible.

This version accurately reflects that 1995 Unisex Salon does not collect advance payments for regular appointments while leaving flexibility if you ever decide to do so for special services in the future.

3. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with the service received, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment.

After reviewing your concern, the management of 1995 Unisex Salon may, at its sole discretion:

• Offer a complimentary corrective service during your next visit, or

• Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the concern and the outcome of our service evaluation.

Any request for a refund or complimentary service will be carefully evaluated by the salon management in consultation with our experts. The final decision regarding such requests shall be at the sole discretion of the management.

4. Promotional Offers & Packages

Advance payments made towards promotional offers, memberships, discounted packages, gift vouchers, or special packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified.
